Coil with cheese, ham and leurda

Fluffy, fragrant, sweet-salty is wonderful for breakfast with a glass of milk, yogurt or even plain.

  • For dough:
  • 220ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500g flour
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • Pt. filling:
  • 200g fresh cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g leurda pasta
  • 100g cheese
  • 200g smoked ham (homemade ham)
  • For above:
  • 1 or
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sesame seeds

RECIPE PREPARATION Coil with cheese, ham and leurda:

I prepared the dough in the bread machine, I put the ingredients in the given order and I set it on kneading and leavening.

In the meantime, I cut the ham into thin slices. I mixed eggs, cheese and leurda paste. I put the cheese on the small grater.

When the dough was ready, I spread it on the floured board, I sprinkled cheese, I placed the slices of ham, then I spread the cheese on top (now I had to sprinkle the rest of the cheese but I forgot). We start to fold the dough, see photo, then we turn it and with a kitchen scissors we pinch it from place to place. We place it in a round tray, lined with baking paper (I didn't have enough and I filled it with aluminum foil), twist the slices so that the filling can be seen and let it grow for 20-25 '.

In a bowl beat the egg with the milk, grease the cake well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake 45 'in the preheated oven.

Let it cool and slice it.
