Assembly: The tray in which I baked the tops is covered with food foil, cut the walnut top in two, place the first part on the bottom of the tray, spread the cream over the top, place the Pavlova top over the cream, carefully because it is very fragile. Spread the blueberry jam over the Pavlova top, then place the second top with walnuts, pressing lightly to make the adhesion between the tops. Then we start to make the icing, the icing that we spread on the surface of the cake.
Glaze: Chopped chocolate is mixed with sweet cream for whipped cream, melted on a steam bath and then spread on the cake.

Avocado and lemon cake - recipe
• 1 avocado
• 1 lemon
• 100 g of dates
• 2 tablespoons of honey
Remove the kernels from the dates and place them in a bowl. Pour hot water over them to cover them and let them soak for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half. Remove the seeds and extract the pulp with a teaspoon. Put it in the bowl of a blender / food processor.
Peel a lemon, cut it into quarters (remove the seeds) and place it over the avocado.
