Cherry cake

Rub the margarine (butter) with the sugar.

Add in turn the 3 yolks then flour, baking powder (quenched in lemon juice) and lemon peel.

Incorporate the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.

Put the composition in the tray and place the fruits after they have been washed, cleaned of seeds and powdered with a little flour (so as not to leave them at the bottom of the cake).

Sprinkle a thin layer of powdered sugar over the fruit.

Put in the preheated oven and bake on the right heat for approx. 30 min.

Powder and portion.
