- 200 ml of tomato juice
- 5 cloves of garlic cleaned and washed

Cut the celery into large cubes. We prepare the stove and a small pan in which we put water. Add the olives to the pan and let them boil.
Prepare a pan in which we will prepare the celery dish. Put the oil in the pan and add the celery cubes. Put water, so that the vegetables are half in the water, mix and let them boil. Then heat until the celery is soft and slightly golden.
Finely chop the garlic. Drain the boiled olives.
Add the olives over the celery. We put the tomato juice. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the garlic. Season with salt and ground pepper. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped greens on top. Taste and turn off the stove. Servim.
