Beyoncé Dispels Pregnancy Rumors with Wine Pictures

Beyoncé Dispels Pregnancy Rumors with Wine Pictures

Beyoncé seems to be trying to discourage pregnancy charges by doing pregnancy don’ts

Despite recent media allegations of a second pregnancy—some even “confirmed”—Beyoncé appears to be attempting to quash any baby rumors by documenting pregnancy no-nos over her various social media accounts.

She posted a photo of herself sitting on husband Jay-Z’s lap while enjoying a glass of red wine, as well as a photo of the bottle’s label, as though to prove what she was drinking.

She also posted a snap of a menu featuring a starter of salad niçoise, which features tuna—a fish generally on pregnancy do-not-eat lists due to its high levels of mercury.

In mid-May, she posted a second Instagram of a text-only image suggesting her frustration with fans’ hopeful speculation about a possible second Carter-Knowles baby: “I can’t stop rumors from starting, and I can’t really change peoples [sic] minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me.” The photo was later deleted from her Instagram account.

Is Queen Bey really expecting? It’s still unclear. According to the most recent Dietary Guidelines for Americans (2010), pregnant women should limit their intake of tuna, but can safely eat about 6 ounces per week. However, the same guidelines say, “No safe level of alcohol consumption during pregnancy has been established.” Regardless, Beyoncé seems to hope that her fans will let the matter drop.

What Beyoncé Really Eats in a Day

From her days in Destiny's Child to her breakout moment as a solo powerhouse, Beyoncé Knowles is literally blowing minds everywhere. She's now a wife, mother, and owner of her own activewear line, and the flawless Queen Bey shows no signs of stepping down form her throne any time soon. She continues to command the world's attention with jaw-dropping performances and chart-topping albums (let's talk about Lemonade)&mdash all with the eternal support of her devoted "hive," so we have to wonder: What fuels Sasha Fierce?

Beyoncé has had her share of memorable food and drink moments, and she even boosted Red Lobster sales with a single reference in her song "Formation." But we really want to know what Bey eats on an average day. Though she's become increasingly more private about her life at home, she's shared several details over the years about the diet that allows her to maintain that killer bod, plus her favorite cheat-day eats.

SHE TOTALLY CUT OUT SNACKS.

Junk is definitely not allowed in Mrs. Carter's pantry. Before an interview with Marie Claire UK in 2008, Bey's reps laid down the law about what snacks weren't allowed: no chips, no candy, no desserts, no junk food, no fried food. But apparently popcorn is allowed:

SHE GOES HAM ON VEGETABLES.

Beyoncé broke down her daily meals for Shape: "I always have breakfast&mdashsay, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with lowfat milk. For lunch and dinner I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated." Totally doable, right?

SHE REALLY, TRULY KEEPS HOT SAUCE ON DECK.

With a bottle of Tobasco at the ready, Bey knows how to spice things up. Even instant Aïki noodles.

SHE SETS SMART WEIGHT-LOSS GOALS.

Beyoncé has an enviable combination of toned muscles and killer curves, but when she says "I woke up like this," she's not talking about her figure. "I'm not a naturally thin person. I have to work for it," she told Shape in a 2013 interview. Though she didn't use calorie counting as a tool, she definitely kept goals in mind when it came to eating and exercising. "I was at my ideal weight while working on my 'Crazy in Love' video&hellip Whenever I want to get into amazing shape, that's the body size I aim for."

[image mediaId='7e7cb784-08fb-48b8-8530-0b4eddc9b756' caption='' loc='C' share='true' expand='true' size='extrasmall'][/image]

BUT SHE DOESN'T BELIEVE IN CRASH DIETS.

As a triple threat, Beyoncé has had to tweak her weight for tours and on-screen roles. As she prepared to play back-up singer Deena Jones in Dreamgirls back in 2006, she was put under pressure to drop 20 pounds. During an appearance on Oprah, she confessed that her weight-loss process wasn't the healthiest. "I wanted to lose weight and make a physical transformation. And it was difficult because I love food. I love to eat," she said. "I did a fast, a master cleanser for 14 days. Everybody was eating Krispy Kremes around me." Yep, even Yoncé gets hangry sometimes, and in hindsight, she's said she wouldn't recommend that approach.

PIZZA IS HER GO-TO SPLURGE.

Beyoncé works hard, and definitely deserves to play hard, so she makes a point of going easy on the diet regularly. "I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it's pizza, which is my favorite indulgence," she told Shape. Want to order your 'za like the Queen herself? Ask for extra tomato sauce and jalapeños (even though her hubby Jay-Z judges her for it).

SHE IS OBSESSED WITH IN-N-OUT.

The California based fast food chain is one of her weaknesses. But forget about animal style&mdashher order is surprisingly simple: a classic cheeseburger.

SHE DRINKS ROSé TO RELAX.

She might sing about "sipping Cuervo with no chaser," but Bey has been known to sip rosé and white wine (and sometimes limoncello) while on vacation, like the classy lady she is.

SHE TRIES TO AVOID RED MEAT.

After gaining 57 pounds during her pregnancy with daughter Blue Ivy, Beyoncé was determined to get rid of the baby weight. In fact, she had to since she had a show scheduled just three months after giving birth! "I ate a very low-calorie diet. I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, replaced pasta and rice with quinoa, and drank only water."

SHE BECAME A VEGAN &hellip FOR A WHILE.

In 2013, Bey and Jay both jumped on board with celebrity trainer Marco Borges' 22 Days Nutrition program. She helped promote the book and meal delivery service to go along with the plan, which includes 22 days of plant-based meals. The power couple eliminated processed foods and upped their servings of leafy greens, fresh berries, and other healthy items like vegan pizza. And Beyoncé apparently loved the results. During a Good Morning America appearance, she said, "I felt like my skin was really firm a lot tighter when I deprived myself of food. And the weight stayed off."

After her 22 days were up, B admitted to going back to her old ways&mdashsort of: "Now, you know, I still eat meat. It's all about balance, but absolutely I make better choices&hellip If a Houston-born foodie like me can do it, you can too." Praise.

Beyonce and her Dancer, Laurent Bourgeois, Embroiled in Secret Sexy Love Affair?

Is Beyonce another pop star to become involved with one of her backup dancers? According to a sensationalized report, Beyonce and Laurent Bourgeois (professionally known as Les Twins alongside his identical twin brother) are much more than friends and have begun a relationship that’s been deemed “inappropriate.”

MediaTakeOut reports the story, and they claim that the two are definitely more than friends. “We are hearing ALL KINDS OF RUMORS about Beyonce and the CLOSE PERSONAL FRIENDSHIP that she struck up with her male dancer Laurent. According to multiple sources, the two are ‘very close’ and people are wondering if their relationship BORDERS ON INAPPROPRIATE.”

The outlet goes on to say that Laurent is not gay, could potentially be very interested in Beyonce, and, because he’s French, loves to be sexual. They also claim that, due to Beyonce’s long, lonesome journeys on the road, it’d only be natural for her to want to hookup with someone from her crew. But Beyonce hooking up with a backup dancer? C’mon, that’s more of a J Lo/Madonna thing. Not a Queen B thing.

The source adds, “And we’re not the only ones who think [sic] SOMETHING IS UP, apparently Laurent’s [sic] friends TEASE HIM about his relationship with Beyonce… in a recent interview they all said ‘OOOOOOOH’ when he admitted to touching Bey’s butt.”

Um, ok? I think we’re back in the fourth grade. Since when does an accidental butt touch point to an affair? There’s always the possibility of Beyonce hooking up with her dancer, but I think it’s safe to say that she and Jay Z are doing just fine. What do you make of this report? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.

Beyonce’s Pregnant Again!

Beyonce and husband, Jay-Z, are pregnant with their second child. The Crazy in Love singer, and mother to 5-month-old Blue Ivy, is said to be about two months along with her newest bundle of joy.

MediaTakeOut.com reports that a source very close to the couple confirmed Beyonce will probably spill the baby beans about her new arrival sometime around the end of the summer. Although Beyonce hasn’t told the source flat out she was with child, he said there have been tell tale signs. Apparently the singer has put the kibosh on the drinking. “She didn’t drink any alcohol [for weeks] and we’ve ordered Petrus & Champagne multiple times. And Petrus is her favorite wine! It just wasn’t her.”

And she’s also started taking folic acid pills again. As every woman knows, folic acid pills are primarily used when a woman is planning on getting knocked up or already is.

I don’t know about this one. It sounds like the source is pretty chummy with the mega star couple, but why knows? She just made that big deal out of losing 60 pounds to get back in shape for her 4-day mini-concert series in Atlantic City. She did tell the crowd she was so happy she was going to get “chocolate wasted” after her concert on the second night. Is that because the booze is a no no?

She came back from a 9-month hiatus and it seemed like Mama Beyonce was taking a back seat to Professional Beyonce for awhile. Unless it wasn’t planned….

There’s always a lot of snarky comparisons between Britney Spears and Beyonce. Personally I don’t think it’s fair. It’s like comparing John Stewart with Carrot Top. Sure they’re both comedians but they’re not really in the same category. But even I find it hard to believe Britney and Beyonce are the same age. Beyonce’s always acted more grounded and mature. But if she is pregnant again then she’s straight up pulling a Britney. She’s singing Britney’s “I thought you couldn’t get pregnant while you breastfeed” tune. Honey, you can. And you did. Britney’s mirror image kids are so close in age I sometimes forget they’re not twins.

Unless this was planned…. Maybe Beyonce is in full on mommy mode and wants to push out a couple before she goes back to work for reals and the mini-concert was just a way to remind people she’s still around. I don’t know. I just don’t know! Does it matter? No. Do I care way too much? Hells yes!

Do you think Beyonce could be breeding again? Does it gross you out it’s so soon after Blue Ivy?

Beyoncé’s New Family Photos Prove Sir Looks Just Like Dad Jay-Z

Beyoncé is known for being super-secretive about her family &mdash though to be fair, this year no one’s had much of a choice about whether to be a social butterfly or not. For a year-end treat, however, Queen Bey dropped a photo dump of the year per tradition, including many, many unseen photos of her and Jay-Z’s beautiful babies almost 9-year-old Blue Ivy and 3-year-old twins Rumi and Sir. There was lots to admire in this rare peek at the home life the Carters enjoy, but these family photos proved one thing for once and for all: little Sir is growing up into dad Jay-Z’s lookalike.

Beyoncé’s photo series is called “B at 38” (see photos here), and it celebrates the September birthday she spent with family this year turning &mdash you guessed it &mdash 38. Her celebration looks like it was filled with lots of family (and cuddles from Blue), some beachside fun, flowers, wine, and a hand-made card from her twins.

Sorry to sound negative BUT, I really don't care that she is pregnant with twins. . I am not a fan of her's or her husband.

@Annabellethecat wrote:

Just found this:https://www.bustle.com/p/when-is-beyonces-baby-due-her-pregnancy-seems-far-along-already-34813

Already guessing when she's due:

Everything had been a little bit too quiet at Beyoncé HQ and now we know why: the Lemonade star is pregnant. But when is Beyoncé's baby due? Beyoncé announced the exciting news Kardashian-style and, instead of waiting for pregnancy rumors to circulate, she published the news herself on Instagram. Along with an image of herself showing off her baby belly in style, she wrote,

We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. — The Carters

While pinpointing an exact due date is tricky, Beyoncé's present enough on social media that I can make an educated guess. On Nov. 5, Hillary Clinton tweeted a photo of herself alongside Beyoncé during her presidential campaign. In the photo, Beyoncé's clad in jeans and a loose "I'm With Her" white t-shirt. Still, despite the modest outfit and face-on camera angle, she isn't visibly pregnant. In her most recent Instagram photo of herself prior to her pregnancy announcement, six weeks back, she's in a tight fitting dress but, despite what the commentators are now claiming, you still can't see she's pregnant.

Parents claims that women who are pregnant with their first child tend to show later — at the latest, around 20 weeks. But since Beyoncé has already had one child, she would begin to show earlier than that. Dr. Adam Shoman at Pregnancy Corner stated,

On average, pregnant women begin showing during the second trimester, around 12 to 16 weeks.

Since according to the New York State Department of Health, pregnancy lasts around 40 weeks, this means we have just 24-28 weeks to go before we get to welcome Beyoncé's second and third child into the world. So we'd be looking at a due date between July 19 and Aug. 2. Mark it in your calendar, Beyoncé fanatics. If average pregnancy statistics can predict the future, I've got this date on lockdown.

Just my opinion but, this picture is horrible . it looks like a funeral announcement with the floral arrangement in back of her & the ugly veil over her head . then the brown bra & blue underwear tops everything off. . OMG so tacky.

5 Takeaways From Beyoncé's September Vogue Cover Story

Beyoncé: The gift that keeps on giving. Queen Bey covers the September issue of Vogue, a historic moment for the magazine given the star's choice in photographer: 23-year-old Tyler Mitchell, who becomes the first African-American to shoot a Vogue cover in the pub's 126-year history—and for the most important month in the world of fashion editorial, no less.

There's been a bit of a back-and-forth related to the level of creative control Beyoncé was able to leverage for this issue—namely, debate over whether or not said control was "unprecedented" given Vogue EIC Anna Wintour's reportedly imminent retirement. Rumors swirled that Bey used "her power and influence" specifically to tap Mitchell, but Condé Nast officials—Wintour included—pushed back in the press, citing Vogue's contractual obligation to give the star cover control.

No matter the exact level of influence, it's clear working with Mitchell was an important, intentional choice: Beyoncé says so herself just five paragraphs into the cover story, which appears in her own words as told to Clover Hope. "Until there is a mosaic of perspectives coming from different ethnicities behind the lens, we will continue to have a narrow approach and view of what the world actually looks like," Beyonceé says in a section titled "Opening Doors." "That is why I wanted to work with this brilliant 23-year-old photographer Tyler Mitchell."

She goes on to drop more knowledge about topics like owning her changing body and finding meaning in a dark and difficult past. Revelations range from funny ("my little FUPA") to poignant ("connecting to the past and knowing our history makes us both bruised and beautiful") and prove what everyone, especially her fellow Houstonians, knew all along: There's nobody quite like Mrs. Carter.

1. She endured a difficult pregnancy.

I was 218 pounds the day I gave birth to Rumi and Sir. I was swollen from toxemia and had been on bed rest for over a month. My health and my babies’ health were in danger, so I had an emergency C-section. We spent many weeks in the NICU.

2. She embraces the FUPA.

To this day my arms, shoulders, breasts, and thighs are fuller. I have a little mommy pouch, and I’m in no rush to get rid of it. I think it’s real. Whenever I’m ready to get a six-pack, I will go into beast zone and work my ass off until I have it. But right now, my little FUPA and I feel like we are meant to be.

3. She's the descendent of a slave and slave owner.

I researched my ancestry recently and learned that I come from a slave owner who fell in love with and married a slave. I had to process that revelation over time. I questioned what it meant and tried to put it into perspective. I now believe it’s why God blessed me with my twins. Male and female energy was able to coexist and grow in my blood for the first time. I pray that I am able to break the generational curses in my family and that my children will have less complicated lives.

4. She knew Beychella was going to blow up.

I had a clear vision for Coachella. I was so specific because I’d seen it, I’d heard it, and it was already written inside of me. . I swear I felt pure joy shining down on us. I know that most of the young people on the stage and in the audience did not know the history of the black national anthem before Coachella. But they understood the feeling it gave them.

5. Her Berlin concert with Jay Z was especially meaningful.

One of the most memorable moments for me on the On the Run II tour was the Berlin show at Olympiastadion, the site of the 1936 Olympics. This is a site that was used to promote the rhetoric of hate, racism, and divisiveness, and it is the place where Jesse Owens won four gold medals, destroying the myth of white supremacy. Less than 90 years later, two black people performed there to a packed, sold-out stadium.

Get a Closer Look at the Wedding Dress Beyoncé Wore for Her Vow Renewal

The singer gave fans a clearer view of the Galia Lahav gown in a year in review video.

2018 was a huge year for Beyoncé and Jay-Z-the couple released new music, embarked on their second joint tour, and, best of all, renewed their wedding vows. After People issued a press release in June, confirming that the couple did, in fact, hold a second ceremony, we learned exactly who made Beyoncé&aposs gown for the small event. The star wore an actual wedding dress by Galia Lahav for the occasion and now, just gave fans a closer look at the special garment.

The singer posted a year in review video on Instagram, which showcased her and Jay-Z&aposs 2018 highlights. Included in the footage was a better snapshot of Beyoncé&aposs vow renewal dress-you can see the number&aposs draped sleeves and figure-hugging trumpet silhouette more clearly in the third photo of the photo reel, below-which she paired with a dramatic, extra-long veil and modern sunglasses. The photograph also showed her posing with her husband, who donned a matching white suit for the service.

People revealed earlier that year that the dress, titled the "Thelma" gown, was part of Galia Lahav&aposs "Victorian Affinity" collection. The form-fitting dress boasts an off-the-shoulder neckline, billowing sleeves, crystal embellishments, and sheer details. The dramatic style definitely suits the A-lister-in fact, she&aposs worn Galia Lahav before. A photo posted to brand&aposs Twitter feed shows Beyoncé in one of their veils for her Formation tour.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z first hinted at their vow renewal in a video montage they shared on their On the Run II tour. In the clip, the couple was seen dressed in white alongside their children, Blue Ivy, Rumi, and Sir. Beyoncé&aposs mother, Tina Knowles, also Instagrammed a snapshot of the vow renewal, only bolstering the rumors.

The musical celebrities first tied the knot back in 2008. Then, Beyoncé actually wore a wedding dress designed by her mother. The strapless garment was much simpler than her latest outfit, but as People notes, it wasn&apost her favorite style. While Beyoncé&aposs worn wedding dresses in the past, we&aposre glad to see she got an official redo.

UPDATE: Is Beyoncé Writing a Soul Food Cookbook? Apparently Not

Rumors are swirling that the R&B diva is considering penning a soul food cookbook, following in the footsteps of her buddy Gwyneth Paltrow, whose cooking tome My Father's Daughter was released this spring. A source told the UK tabloid The Daily Mirror, "[Beyoncé's] mum Tina started the tradition whereby anywhere in the world they are, she always puts on a soul food spread of collard greens, cornbread, mac 'n cheese and fried chicken. Bey would love to include these family recipes in a book."

That source goes on to say that Knowles has been seeking guidance from Paltrow, whose cookbook, after some initial mockery, received generally positive reviews for its clean, healthy family meals. Paltrow, however, has been publicly building a reputation as an avid home cook and gourmand for several years, offering recipes via her email newsletter GOOP, traveling and eating with Chef Mario Batali on their PBS gustatory road trip show, and even landing on the cover of Bon Appetit.

Knowles, on the other hand, has in the past admitted to being something of a culinary klutz. "I'm a disaster in the kitchen!" she told Australia's Daily Telegraphin 2009. "You know what my secret is for preparing the perfect meal for friends when I invite them over? It's ordering from the best restaurants and having the food delivered."

Last November, Knowles' mother, Tina, told KSFM radio that her daughter isn't the diva in the kitchen that she is on the dance floor. "Cooking is the one thing she hasn't gotten into. She hasn't mastered [it], but I'm sure she'll be a good cook once she makes up her mind."

So what's changed? Maybe it's inspiration from the recent spate of star-penned cookbooks to hit the shelves. This year has already seen five big releases &mdash Paltrow, Eva Longoria, Sheryl Crow, Alicia Silverstone, and Real Housewife Teresa Giudice have all thrown their hats into the ring. Last year saw cookbooks from the likes of Maya Angelou, Tony Danza, Trisha Yearwood, and quarterback Jared Allen.

It's perhaps inevitable that as chefs become celebrities, celebrities want to become chefs, but we're hoping that it doesn't get quite as crazy as a recent bit on the Ellen show in which Degeneres imagined a library full of faux cookbooks from the stars, including Gimme, Gimme S'mores by Britney Spears Gravy, Gravy, Gravy, Oh by Justin Bieber and Wok this Way by Stephen Tyler.
