Peel the potatoes and wash, then cut into 6-8 pieces.
Wash the garlic and cut it into slices. We also cut the kaizer into suitable pieces.
In a yena bowl, place half of the potatoes, which we season with spices (salt, chopped dried vegetables, pepper, green dill) and then sprinkle some of the green garlic together with the kaizer pieces. On top we put the rest of the potatoes, spices and the remaining garlic.
We make a sauce from broth, water and chopped tarragon, which we pour over the mixture of potatoes and kaizer. If necessary, add enough water to cover the potatoes. Bake for about 45 minutes, until the potatoes penetrate well and brown.
