I wanted something fast. I made this mushroom tart which turned out to be a treat.
- 500 g of pleirotus mushrooms
- 2 green onion bindings
- 3 potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1 link green parsley
- 150 ml oil
- oil for greasing the forms

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer tart with mushrooms:
Peel the potatoes and carrots.
When they are cooked, they are put on the grater with small meshes.
I washed the washed, cleaned mushrooms in a blender.
Finely chop the onion.
The washed parsley is finely chopped.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Salt and pepper everything to taste.
Grease the forms with oil and put the composition in them.
Put the molds in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
You can put other vegetables according to everyone's taste.
