Strawberry smoothie with yogurt

Ingredients

To obtain a fine and homogeneous consistency, the mixture is pressed through a nylon sieve to remove the small strawberry seeds, although this is not essential.

Pour the smoothie into glasses. If you want, you can decorate it with small strawberries and orange slices, split to be placed on the edge of the glass.


YOGHURT BUDDHAN WITH STRAWBERRIES AND BANANAS

1 small yogurt (140g)

I cut the fruit into slices.
I beat the egg and mixed it well with a small whisk with the parchment, maple syrup and vanilla powder, then I incorporated the flour and I mixed it. I also put the fruit slices and mixed lightly.
I poured the composition into the bowl greased with butter and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for almost 40 minutes, until it browned on top.
It is simply delicious, sweet and sour, refreshing!

I first chose bananas for this smoothie, because I wanted something that would energize me quickly after a week of virus & gt are high in calories, and have a lot of health benefits: it helps digestion and frees us from ulcers, reduces stress, maintains skin beauty, protects the heart and bones.

The second important ingredient was peanut butter, a powerful antioxidant that boosts immunity. And I really needed this. Strawberry Milkshake Recipe

In a terribly hot weather like today, a milkshake is all you need to cool down delicious and cool. In addition, it can successfully replace a strawberry dessert, low in calories but perfect for a summer day. I have been preparing it since the strawberries appeared and the more profit I can find on the market.

Ingredients for 3-4 glasses:

We wash the strawberries thoroughly and clean them of the tails. I was lucky with some Romanian strawberries, ripe and fragrant, only good for fresh consumption.

We put the whipped cream in the blender and let it go for 1 minute at medium speed. The whipped cream helps the drink to be more creamy, but if we want a more dietary drink, we give up the whipped cream and compensate with milk, maybe even diet milk. Add the strawberries over the whipped cream, blend them and then put the milk and the two tablespoons of honey and blend for another 1-2 minutes until the drink becomes very fine. For me, this is the perfect consistency but if we want a finer, thinner drink we can add milk. I don't think there are perfect amounts for such a drink, everything is tasty. And I guarantee you, this milkshake is almost as good as a strawberry mousse.
