Washed, cleaned potatoes and carrots are boiled.

Soy is hydrated in boiling water.

Washed mushrooms are boiled in salted water.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Finely chop the washed dill.

When the vegetables, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms are cooked, remove from the water and leave to cool.

The soy is put in a strainer to drain.

We put the cold vegetables, onions, garlic in the food processor. We take them out of the food processor in a large bowl.

Add soy, oil, flour, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well to mix.

Form the meatballs, pass them through the flour and fry them on both sides in hot oil.

We can serve them with couscous or other garnish.

To obtain some tasty fasting meatballs, some used vegetables will boil (not too much, but still remain al-dente) approx. 5-10 minutes.

Raw vegan meatballs from vegetables and seeds

All the ingredients are mixed in the robot and left to soak for 15 minutes. If the composition does not add up, add more sunflower flour.

With a wet hand, lumps form. They will be placed on the dehydrator screen and pressed with a spoon to give them the shape of meatballs. They can be dried at 40 degrees C for 7-8 hours or eaten on the spot.

Storage method: can be kept in the refrigerator in a glass container with a lid for 2 days.
