Crostoli

The ingredients are all mixed except for the flour and baking powder which are added last time and incorporated without mixing, only with a spoon or non-metallic wire. Then when it has thickened, the rest of the flour is put on the work table and we turn our dough over there. It is such a fine and fluffy dough a pleasure to work with!

Spread a very very thin sheet of the dough obtained and cut rectangles, triangles, circles, as you wish, which are pricked with the tip of the knife from place to place or make small oblique cuts. Fry in hot oil quickly and serve cooled and powdered with sugar next to a glass of milk or lemonade.
