Let's start with apples. They are cleaned and put on the grater with large holes. In a saucepan, put the hardened sugar (according to taste) until the juice decreases (not to have too much juice). Remove from the heat, mix with cinnamon and leave to cool, then move on to the dough.
Mix the eggs well with the sugar until it melts and becomes like a foam. Pour the oil a little, mixing until incorporated. Pour in the rain flour mixed with baking powder and salt. After homogenizing the dough, pour it into a tray lined with baking paper. With a teaspoon, take the hardened apples and place them over the dough from time to time until the whole apple composition is finished. Bake at 180 degrees and leave for about 30-35 minutes (test with a toothpick).
After it has cooled, powder it with sugar, portion it and serve it. Good appetite!!!
