Cherry ice cream - coconut

The cherries are washed and cleaned of seeds. They are put in a blender until a fine puree is obtained. All other ingredients must be refrigerated before use.

In a bowl put the whipped cream (unbeaten).

Using a whisk, mix the cream with the condensed milk and sugar until it melts. The whole operation takes 6-7 minutes. We notice that it starts to thicken. Add salt powder. When the sugar is melted, we start pouring the cherry syrup, stirring constantly.

Notice that the mixture begins to harden. Add the lemon juice.

We also get coconut ice cream.

For assembly, we proceed as for the zebra cake, we put in an alternating bowl a spoonful of cherry ice cream and a spoonful of coconut.
