1. Wash the chicken wings well, season them with salt and pepper and put them in a bowl.

The taste of childhood in a simple pea dish with turkey and cream, tasty and quick to make.
Many times we still sit and think about what to do with the food, but the most handy and tastiest lunches are the best and tastiest. This is what happened today when I went to the supermarket to get something for lunch and although I left without any idea, when I came across peas, I thought I had to reproduce the pea dish with turkey or chicken that he made my mother when I was a child.
I grabbed a bag of peas, a casserole of turkey breast and hurried home. So from a few simple ingredients and at everyone's fingertips we bring nostalgia for dishes cooked in childhood.

- 200 g yellow onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 700 g chicken breast or turkey
- 1 kg of green peas
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 60 g white flour
- 500 g cooking cream with 32% fat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A bunch of dill
Method of preparation:
Peel the onion, garlic and finely chop them.
Cut the chicken breast into 2/2 cm cubes.
In a saucepan put the onion, garlic, a little salt and half the amount of oil to harden until well softened.
Add the turkey breast and continue to temper until you see no raw meat at all.
Add about 1 liter of water and cook until the meat is soft.
Put the peas over the meat, add more water to cover (not more) and cook for another 7-10 minutes on low heat.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the flour and lightly fry it for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the flour composition over the peas, add the cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce binds and we get a fluid sauce that glazes the spoon.
Taste with salt and pepper, add chopped dill and it is ready to serve. And from here I can only wish you good appetite and good work!
Pea food with chicken legs
1. Fry the thighs in hot oil, after seasoning them with salt and pepper (about 30 minutes)
2. While frying the thighs, chop the onion, pepper and carrots and put them in another bowl with oil to fry for 7-8 minutes until soft, then add the peas.
3. Over this mixture add the amount of 900 ml of water and let it boil.
4. In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of flour with a little water (like mayonnaise) until you get a white sauce.
5. Add this white flour sauce over the almost boiled peas.
6. Let it boil for a few minutes, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, pepper and salt to taste and then let it boil for another 5 minutes.
7. At the end add the fried chicken legs (let it boil) then turn off the heat and put the finely chopped dill.

- half a boneless chicken breast
Wash and cut the chicken breast into cubes, then put it in a pan and add the chicken soup. Let the chicken boil over high heat until it starts to boil, then turn the heat to low and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash, clean and cut the sweet potato into cubes, then add it to the pot with the chicken breast. After 3-4 minutes, add the peas and leave everything on the fire until the chicken is cooked very well. When all the ingredients have boiled, transfer them to a blender, add a little sage and mix well until you get a homogeneous puree, with a soft texture.
You can add more soup if you want the mashed peas and chicken breast to be softer and easier to taste.
600 g fresh peas
4 upper chicken legs
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper (or donut)
2 small carrots
5-6 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons white wine
500 ml chicken soup
1 dill connection
1 small bay leaf
2-3 threads of thyme
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
To start, heat the meat in hot oil. If it is fresh, we pound it and wash it, then we boil it. If it is frozen, it does not need to be boiled.
Drain the oil in which we hardened the meat, leave only half, then harden the onion until it becomes translucent. Add the diced vegetables, stirring everything on the fire until the vegetables are soft. We extinguish everything with a little wine.
Put the meat over the vegetables again, add the peas and pour the chicken soup. If the sauce decreases too much during cooking, we add another 100-150 ml of hot water, depending on how much sauce we want to have in the food. Let it boil over medium to low heat for 5 minutes, then add the tomato juice, bay leaf, peppercorns and a pinch of salt.
Bring to the boil until the peas are soft, then remove from the heat. Finely chop the dill, put it in the pot and mix. We taste and match the salt and pepper food, then we can serve.
Pea dish with chicken legs
Peel a squash, grate it and chop it in a little oil.
The legs are roasted, washed and added to the vegetables.
When the thighs are almost done, add the peas from the jars, drained of juice.
Fill with water until the food is covered and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
Then season with salt, pepper and put the broth.
Sprinkle with dill.
