Cut the onion and heat it in oil.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Cut less cauliflower, broccoli and cherry tomatoes, which we will add later.

Pour water over the vegetables, add salt, pepper, garlic and bay leaf and bring to a boil.

Now add the cauliflower, broccoli, canned tomatoes and cherry tomatoes and bake until reduced.

When it is almost ready, add the chopped parsley.

When a golden crust has formed on top, the oven can be turned off.
