For meatballs we need:

- 500 gr chicken breast
- salt and pepper to taste
For the soup we need:
- fresh vegetables in the desired quantities: dried onions, green onions, zucchini, red / green bell peppers, parsnips, celery, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, greens;
- tomato juice / broth
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste
- 1 liter bag of putina

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken meatball soup:
Chop the vegetables and boil them as long as necessary.
Meanwhile, chop the chicken breast, season it and mix it well with the egg, until completely incorporated.
Salt the soup, color it with broth and sour it with borscht, bring it to a boil or two and add the meatballs. When they have risen to the top, turn off the heat and sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Good appetite!
