Heat the oven.
Put the sugar, oil, milk and eggs in a bowl and mix. Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix and add flour until you get a dough that is easy to knead and spread. It will have the consistency of easy-to-shape plasticine. Let it rest.
Grate the pumpkin, mix with sugar and cinnamon. If the pumpkin is juicier, you can harden it and drain the juice.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. We spread the first sheet and place it in the sheet lined with oil and flour. Put the pumpkin filling on top of the sheet and spread another sheet on top.
Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the cake for about 30 minutes. Let it cool and cut it into slices. It can be powdered or left like this.
