Peeled onions, finely chop and sauté in a little oil and water.
Meanwhile, peel the carrots, then finely chop and add to the hardened onions.

The fried meat is added to the hardened vegetables, then seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and spices, topped with the meatballs and approx. 500 ml. water, and let it cook in the Crock-Pot, on the HIGH program, approx. 4 hours.
Meanwhile, boil the durochiete durum wheat pasta according to the instructions on the package.
For the salad, finely chop the sauerkraut, season
Serve hot with orrechiete pasta and sauerkraut salad!
