I put the salmon fillets in the oven with a little lemon juice, basil and a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, I unwrapped the broccoli in the bouquets and put it for five minutes in a bowl of boiling water, after I stopped the fire, thus remaining crispy. I cut the pepper into small pieces, and I cut the pineapple into pieces after removing the core. In a bowl, I mixed the orange juice with the lime juice, the olive oil, the paprika, the basil and the salt.

When the salmon is ready, leave it to cool and cut it into pieces. The broccoli bouquets drain well and leave to cool as well. Put everything in the bowl with the sauce: salmon, pepper, pineapple, broccoli and mix lightly. Serve on a bed of salad.

The juicy pineapple combines excellently with the chicken and corn, and the cheese gives the salad a spicy note. Enjoy the salad with pleasure with your loved ones!

INGREDIENTS

-150 g of preserved corn

-3 canned pineapple slices

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Fry the walnuts in a dry pan and chop them into large pieces or chop them with your hands. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until ready.

2. Allow the chicken fillet to cool and cut it into small pieces. Mix it with corn.

3. Grate the cheese, cut the pineapple.

4. Add the walnuts (leave a few walnuts for decoration), mix all the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise.

5. Put the salad in a bowl and sprinkle with walnuts on top. The salad is ready.


How to prepare salmon with Meuniere sauce and sauteed vegetables?

The salmon is washed, dried in a napkin, checked for bones, sprinkled with salt and pepper and left to cool for a few minutes. Then put it in the Teflon pan or on the hot grill and bake for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the slice is.

Tip: Turn once, so that it doesn't dry out, stay juicy and make sure it doesn't stick, lightly grease the pan with a brush dipped in butter or oil.

For the sauce
Mix the yolk with salt, then add the soft butter, rubbing like mayonnaise, then the lemon juice and capers and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
You can make the sauce without yolk, only with butter, capers and lemon.

Place the salmon on the plate, pour the sauce on top and put the sauteed vegetables next to it (see recipe).


For this salad it is very important to cut the carrots into ribbons. To do this you need to use a vegetable cleaner and proceed as if you were cleaning the carrot, only you clean it completely. It is very simple.
The raisins are soaked in warm water and then drained.
Pineapple slices are cut into small pieces. I used canned pineapple, but you can also use it fresh if you have it.
Put the carrot ribbons, raisins and pineapple all in a bowl.
For dressing, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and lemon juice.
Put the dressing in a bowl over the vegetables and mix well.
The salad is served cold.
