An easy and very tasty preparation in the cold season!
I chose to make this recipe at the Crock-Pot slow cooker to get a soft and juicy cabbage, and if you're wondering why I didn't use other vegetables, it's because my husband likes this very simple food, and it was simple. workforce ;)
- 1 smaller sauerkraut
- 1 piece of smoked with 600g bone
- 50 ml oil
- 1 cup of water
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cabbage with smoked shank in a slow cooker Crock-Pot:
Wash the cabbage well in cold water to remove excess salt, then finely chop it.
We deboned the piece of smoked meat and cut it into larger pieces.
In the 2.4l Crock-Pot slow cooker bowl we put the cabbage, in the middle we place a few pieces of smoked meat, and on top we put the bone obtained as we deboned. Pour water over the oil and let the vessel go to the High section for 4 and a half hours.
When it is ready, we quickly prepare a polenta and lunch is served!
