Mint and Chocolate Mini Cheesecake Recipe of 07-08-2017 [Updated on 08-08-2017]
The mint and chocolate mini cheesecakes are small and fresh treats, ideal for a tasty afternoon break. It is well known that the mint and chocolate combination is the top, added to cheesecake but it is even more so. If you are still hesitant I anticipate that the base is prepared with Oreo and Nutella biscuits, a riot of infinite goodness! No more chatter, what I leave you this morning is a really good recipe, if you try it let me know how soon your mini cheesecakes will disappear. We are in the office this morning preparing cat-shaped biscuits, when the ely arrives, there is no way not to put your hands in the dough;)
How to make mint and chocolate mini cheesecakes
Put the cookies in a mixer and chop them.
Then transfer them to a small bowl.
Add the Nutella and mix.
Put some strips of parchment paper inside the mold, you will need them to easily lift the mini cheesecakes later.
Put some of the mixture on each strip, compact and refrigerate to harden for 30 minutes.
Prepare the cream by working the philadelphia, icing sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
Then add the mint syrup and start working again until you get a soft cream.
Fill the pastry bag to fill the biscuit base and level the surface.
Refrigerate to harden for at least 1 hour.
Lift the mini cheesecakes with parchment paper and decorate them using the chocolate topping.
Your mini cheesecakes are ready to be enjoyed.
