Method

How to make cocoa frying cookies

Put the flour, cocoa, starch, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix.

Make a hole in the center and put the butter cut into chunks, juice and grated orange peel.

Knead everything until it forms a homogeneous dough, then put in the fridge to harden for 30 minutes.

Take the pastry back and roll it out on a floured surface into a sheet of about 3 mm thick.
With a cookie cutter you can make round or flower shaped cookies.

Heat a thick-bottomed, high-sided non-stick pan, then place the biscuits and cover with a lid, then cook for 3-4 minutes.

With the help of a spatula, turn the biscuits and cook them for 3-4 minutes on the other side as well.

Lift the cooked biscuits into a pan, let cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
