The loquat strudel is the dessert to be prepared with a roll of puff pastry, medlar and chopped almonds. How to make loquat strudel
Peel the medlars and remove the stone.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the fruits and sugar.
Stir and cook for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Roll out the puff pastry roll and place the medlar and chopped almonds on top.
Close the pastry and transfer the strudel to a dripping pan lined with parchment paper.
Brush with milk, add sugar to the surface and make cuts.
Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
