Well, September seemed so far away, and instead here it is, bringing with it all the good intentions, the changes, the news and the new projects to be implemented.
The first of September is, as my friend Peppe says, the working New Year and, although this year I have not yet defined anything, something new is making its way, we hope it is the right one;) I leave you to the recipe and I wish you a sweet day: *
How to make a spelled, green bean and tuna salad
Boil the spelled in abundant salted water for the time indicated on the package, usually around 20 minutes. Once cooked, put it in a large baking dish, well spread out, season with a little oil and let it cool.
Meanwhile, wash and clean the green beans by removing the ends, then steam them for about 15 minutes.
Cut the green beans into 3 or 4 parts, wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Combine green beans, cherry tomatoes and sliced onion in a bowl. Season with oil and salt and mix to mix all the ingredients.
Add the spelled.
Add the tuna and sesame seeds briefly toasted in a non-stick pan and mix.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving the spelled, green beans and tuna salad.
