How to make cloud bread
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Put the egg yolks with the cheese in a bowl and mix until creamy.
Now whisk the egg whites until stiff adding the cream of tartar.
Once you have swollen and firm egg whites, add the two compounds. Pour the mixture of egg yolks and cheese into the bowl with the egg whites and mix gently from bottom to top with a spatula.
Line a dripping pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into spoonfuls far apart, creating piles.
