Recipe Dessert with black cherry cream and gianduia di of 28-01-2009 [Updated on 28-08-2018]
We had a jar of sour cherries in syrup and we wanted to make a dessert with the cream ... we took what I had in the pantry, some beautiful dessert glasses that Elena had brought and we created these black cherry and gianduia cream desserts. In addition to being a delicious spoon dessert (cream and black cherry is a 10 and praise combination), it is really easy to make, and also impressive;)
How to make black cherry and gianduia cream desserts
Start by preparing the custard.
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Heat the milk and melt the potato starch inside. Now pour the milk into the mixture with the eggs and mix everything.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, add the vanilla and cook the custard, stirring constantly so as not to create lumps.
Let it simmer until the cream thickens.
Remove the cream from the heat and let it cool.
Chop the biscuits with a mixer together with the gianduia chocolate.
Take the small glasses and arrange a layer of biscuit and gianduia chocolate.
Now add a layer of custard.
Finally add a teaspoon of sour cherries in syrup.
And here is assembled the Cream desserts with black cherry and gianduia.
