This tiramisu with strawberries and white chocolate had been on my mind for a while, but I was waiting for the strawberries to ripen and become sweet and juicy. So last week, after finding an excellent raw material, I went to work and prepared this splendid strawberry and chocolate tiramisu, a feast for the eyes and
especially for the palate, believe me;) So if you want to prepare a special dessert, perhaps for Mother's Day next Sunday, this could be for you. Method

How to make white chocolate and strawberry tiramisu

Start by making the strawberry syrup.
Wash and clean the strawberries intended for the syrup, cut them into pieces, add the water and sugar and blend everything with the blender.

Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie.

Then put the mascarpone in a bowl, add the melted chocolate and work until you get a cream.

Then whip the cream and add this to the mascarpone cream too.

Wash and clean the remaining strawberries (keeping 6 or 7 aside for the final decoration) and cut them into small pieces.
Then start assembling the tiramisu.
Wet the ladyfingers on both sides, one at a time, turning them a couple of times in the syrup.

Place the ladyfingers on a serving dish, side by side.

Spread a layer of mascarpone and chocolate cream on it, about a third of the total.
Spread half of the chopped strawberries over the filling.

Repeat the operation, starting with the ladyfingers, to create a second layer.

Finally, place the last layer of ladyfingers.

Distribute the remaining filling over them.

Cut the remaining strawberries into slices and decorate the tiramisu.
Then put the cake in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.

Then decorate the strawberry tiramisu with a few flakes of white chocolate and serve.
