There cake with corn flakes it's a crafty recipe I've seen here and I thought I'd try it right away. I say it is one crafty recipe because it is not a real cake, with dough and cooking, but rather a sort of idea, to consume cereals (or chocolate for Easter eggs) or to prepare a quick and tasty snack for your children.
It reminds me a little of my puffed rice bars, in short. The ingredients are few and the procedure is very simple. The only thing you have to pay attention to is the moment of cutting, as you will have to use a knife with a good blade so that the sweet, a little hard, does not crack. However, I recommend you try it, because it's really good;)
How to make corn flakes cake
Melt the dark chocolate together with the milk chocolate, then add the chopped butter and stir to make it melt.
Add corn flakes and condensed milk to the chocolate and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a springform pan with a bottom lined with parchment paper and flatten and level it to compact it well.
Leave in the fridge to rest for at least 45 minutes, then melt the chocolate for decoration and spread it over the entire top surface, then decorate with cereals as desired.
The corn flakes cake is ready, put it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.
