How to make pasta with zucchini, tuna and lemon
Peel the courgettes and cut them into cubes.
Brown the garlic with a little oil in a non-stick pan, then add the zucchini, lemon juice and zest, add salt, cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta and drain it al dente.
In the meantime, remove the garlic from the pan and add the tuna and mint.
