Nutella ice cream without ice cream maker is my latest ice cream experiment, very easy to make and with a unique gluttony! I'll say it right away, even before you ask: you can replace the rum with any liqueur you prefer, but you can't omit this small alcohol component, or your ice cream will freeze in the freezer. The recipe for this Nutella IceCream rebounds a bit on all blogs and seems to be by Martha Stewart, after last year's cream ice cream without ice cream maker, I couldn't help but try this too. Well, I passed with flying colors and in a while I'll show you how I used it;)
How to make Nutella ice cream without an ice cream maker
Whip the cold cream from the fridge.
Separately, mix together Nutella, condensed milk, vanilla and rum.
Then add the nutella mixture to the cream and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a pan, level and store in the freezer for about 4 hours.
After 3-4 hours you can test the consistency.
As soon as it reaches the consistency you prefer, you can serve the Nutella ice cream without an ice cream maker.
