How to make the white chocolate roll
Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar
Then add the flour, baking powder and cocoa sifted together.
Add the softened butter and mix everything together until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour the mixture into the center of the parchment paper. Spread with a spoon leveling the mixture as much as possible, creating a rectangle
Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, take out of the oven, turn the dough upside down on a surface lined with parchment paper and gently remove the sheet of paper used for cooking.
Roll still hot on the long side of the rectangle then let it cool.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a water bath.
Whip the cold cream from the fridge and add the now cold white chocolate
Mix until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Once the base has cooled, unroll it, remove the parchment paper and cover with the white chocolate cream.
Roll the roll in parchment paper and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Cut the white chocolate roll into slices and serve;)
