The Carnival Arancini they are typical sweets Marche to be prepared, in fact, of the carnival period. The recipe includes a dough made from flour, eggs, sugar and butter to be flavored with a simple grated orange before proceeding with the cooking which is usually fried. How to make Carnival arancini
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and place the flour in a bowl and add the softened butter, sugar and egg in the center.
Finally add the milk with the dissolved yeast and knead.
Obtained a homogeneous mixture, form a ball and let it rise for 2 hours by covering the container with plastic wrap.
Grate the peel of the two oranges and mix it with the sugar.
Once you have taken the dough, roll it out into a rectangular shape about 1/2 cm thick and cover it with the mix of grated orange and sugar.
Roll up the dough tightly on itself.
Cut into slices of about 1 cm and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Now transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 175 ° C for 15 minutes.
Carnival arancini are ready to be tasted.
