Recipe Cookies with white chocolate and almonds of of 20-04-2013 [Updated on 29-08-2018]
Here I am again today with a new recipe, delicious white chocolate and almond biscuits, two of my favorite ingredients for making desserts. This winter I gave you a few biscuit recipes and with this I hope to be forgiven, they are so greedy that I was jealous when my husband ate, one and then another without stopping;) This will be a home weekend but for tomorrow I I would like to go to Mergellina to see the last session of the america's cup regattas, I don't know if it will be possible, just in case he told you. How to make white chocolate and almond cookies
In a bowl, mix the chocolate chips with the flour and chopped almonds.
Separately, work the softened butter together with the brown sugar and honey.
Add the egg and mix until it is completely incorporated into the mixture.
Now add the flour with chocolate and almonds and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
With the mixture obtained, form a cylinder and wrap it in cling film then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Take back the cylinder and cut the biscuits into discs.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 190 °
Allow the white chocolate and almond cookies to cool.
