Risotto with panettone is an idea that jessica, a girl who follows the blog, suggested to me. After reading his comment I had a moment's hesitation before saying, "but yes, you can try!". Although I really like tasting new things, unthinkable ingredients and unusual combinations, this time I really believed it would be a failure and that I would reject the experiment, however, despite all predictions, the risotto with panettone turned out to be unexpectedly good, thank you very much jessica for making me discover this special dish! Do not turn up your nose and if you have a little panettone, trust me and try the recipe and please, do not reveal the secret ingredient until after having complimented your risotto. Method

How to make panettone risotto

Cut the panettone into cubes

Finely chop the shallot and sauté it in a saucepan with the butter

Add the rice and toast it for a couple of minutes in the sauce

Then add the panettone

Stir, then cover with the hot broth and cook the risotto. add the broth a ladle at a time as it is absorbed.

When cooked, add the Parmesan

Turn off the heat, whisk the panettone risotto and wait a couple of minutes before serving
