Spinach with butter and Parmesan cheese is an easy to make and really delicious side dish, excellent to accompany both meat and fish. It is a fairly classic side dish, usually loved by both adults and children thanks to the delicate flavor of butter and parmesan which combined with spinach make it a simple but rich in taste dish. I steam vegetables so as to preserve vitamins and mineral salts, in the absence of a steaming basket (you can also use a colander and a lid) you can boil quickly, no more than a couple of minutes :) Between a little but I will give you another more delicious recipe;)
How to make buttered spinach
Steam the spinach for about 5 minutes.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and brown a clove of garlic.
Add the spinach, add salt and cook for a few minutes
Also add the grated Parmesan and mix.
Serve your spinach in butter sprinkled with the flaked parmesan immediately.
