The stuffed macaroons they are fantastic treats: cute to look at and delicious to eat! They are also the perfect idea if you have guests who show up at the last moment and want to prepare a small dessert on the fly, or if you need to organize a buffet menu and want to add a little extra gem in a short time ... Or simply if you want something good but don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen! Yes, because these stuffed amaretti are just one of those examples of preparation with minimum effort and maximum yield!
To speed up even more (and to leave a little contrast of flavors, which never hurts) I stuffed with Nutella and mascarpone separately, but if you prefer you can combine them together to prepare a unique cream. How to make stuffed macaroons
First of all, prepare the coffee and let it cool, or at least cool.
Take one amaretto at a time, quickly wet the flat part in the coffee, without letting it soak, then cover the flat surface with a little Nutella and a little mascarpone.
Quickly dip a second amaretto in the coffee, this time in full but always without letting it soak, then use it to complete the dessert.
Continue like this for all the sweets, placing them on a tray as they are ready.
The stuffed amaretti are ready: let them rest for 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
