This morning I am very late, yesterday in the office there was no water and I had to leave work halfway and go home, this morning I had to delay at the summer camp to "solve" a question of children and now I feel rolled up my hands and feet. I can't wait for tomorrow to arrive to be able to relax a little with Ivano and Elisa, I'm counting the hours, or rather, I'm saying the minutes I have left since my day. How to make salmon skewers with pink pepper

Remove the outer skin of the salmon then cut the fillets into regular cubes.

Put the cubes on the wooden skewers.

Place the skewers in a baking dish and cover with pieces of garlic, pink pepper, salt, lemon peel and a drizzle of oil.

Cover with a bit of cling film and put in the fridge to rest for 1 hour.

Cook the salmon skewers on a hot grill, a couple of minutes per side.

Your salmon skewers with pink pepper are ready, serve them immediately, hot.
