Cottage Pie

The pie cottage is a mince pie flavored with vegetables and covered with a crust of mashed potatoes. How to make the cottage pie

Prepare chopped onion, celery, carrot and fry it in a pan with oil.
Add the minced meat and brown it in a pan.
Then add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, wine and salt to the pan.
Then cook for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Put them in a pan and cover with the broth.
Cook for 10 minutes.

Once the potatoes are boiled, peel and mash them.
Add the grated cheese and butter to the puree.

Transfer the minced meat to a pan and the puree in a pastry bag.
Create small tufts on the layer of meat and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
