The Pavesini coconut and nutella they are my afternoon sweet, you probably already know them, but I, despite having seen them over and over again in recent years around the web, is the first time that I prepare them so I could not help but put the recipe on the blog. Pavesini stuffed with mascarpone and nutella they are a quick and easy sweet to prepare, that your children will love and that you can customize, for example by using jam instead of Nutella and dipping the biscuits in fruit juice or milk only. An idea, more than a real recipe, to prepare a snack together with the little ones of the house in carefree and cheerfulness;) sweets they can be kept in the fridge or even in the freezer for several days so as to have a fresh sweet always at hand, comfortable isn't it?
How to make coconut and nutella pavesini
First prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Arrange the pavesini on the top, spread the Nutella on half of them, then cover it with a layer of mascarpone.
With the remaining biscuits, cover the filling.
Extend the coffee with the milk, quickly dip the pavesini in one at a time, so as not to get them soaked, then immediately pass them in the coconut flour.
The coconut and nutella pavesini are ready, you can serve them immediately or even keep them in the fridge, covered with cling film, for no more than half a day.
