Recipe Gnocchi with brie and walnuts of 15-09-2010 [Updated on 10-05-2018]
This morning I give you a recipe for a very quick first course to make but very very good. The gnocchi brie and walnuts were born for a lunch prepared on the fly for my husband and me. The sweet taste of the brie cheese accompanied by the flavor of the walnuts made this dish a delicacy: P
You can use pasta instead of gnocchi, but the important thing is that it is a striped pasta or that it "holds" the sauce.
How to make Gnocchi with brie and walnuts
Blanch the walnut kernels for a few minutes
Melt the brie cheese with a few tablespoons of milk
Coarsely chop the walnuts and add them to the cream cheese (leaving some chopped walnuts to put directly on the plates.)
Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi (or pasta if you prefer) in plenty of salted water, drain and pour them into the sauce.
Add a grated nutmeg and mix the gnocchi in the cream cheese and walnuts.
Serve, add the chopped walnuts and serve the brie and walnut gnocchi at the table:
