Rice soup recipe of 26-11-2019
There rice soup it is a light but substantial dish, perfect for cold winter evenings, for when you are a little influenced or simply want an evening cuddle. Although the cooking times are long, the recipe is quite simple and also opens up to some variations. In fact, you can decide to vary the vegetables, or perhaps omit the meat, to say ... In addition, you can also indulge yourself with spices and aromas according to your tastes or what you have at home at the moment. How to make rice soup
First of all, clean the herbs and the cherry tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Put the chicken legs in a saucepan, cover them completely with water, add the vegetables and a little oil.
Peel the potato, cut it into chunks and add it to the pot.
Cover with a lid and let it cook for about 1 hour.
Then remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and blend them.
Drain the chicken legs and strain the broth in a saucepan, then add the blended vegetables to the broth and season with salt.
Drop the rice into the soup and cook.
The rice soup is ready, serve, decorate with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
