I had never prepared pasta with green beans, I don't know, I've always prepared them as a side dish and the idea of dressing pasta with them had never occurred to me. I must say that with the garlic, the piece of anchovy and the crunchy bread crumbs, this condiment becomes really appetizing. There pasta with green beans it's easy and quick to make and it's a lot of summer, if you've never tasted it, today might be the right time;) Today, however, I have other culinary plans: yesterday I went shopping in a new gourmet supermarket and I was tempted from the purchase of strange things such as yellow zucchini, red bananas and black cherry tomatoes, so I will test them by preparing something tasty for me and Ivano;) All this, however, very calmly, last night I organized a dinner at my house with my friends at sushi base and we got a little late and cranked up a little, so I'm awake, but still a little slower. How to make pasta with green beans
Clean the green beans and blanch them for 4-5 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain them.
While you are cooking the green beans, sauté garlic and salted anchovies in a little oil.
Then add the green beans and let them flavor.
Crumble the bread and toast it in a pan with a little oil until golden and crunchy.
Cook the spaghetti in the same water in which you cooked the vegetables, drain them al dente and add them to the pan with the green beans.
Sauté them for a couple of minutes to assemble the flavors, then turn off the heat and add the breadcrumbs and a little fresh basil.
Your spaghetti with green beans and anchovies are ready: you can serve them like this, or garnish them with an additional anchovy fillet, if you prefer.
