How to make a gift box cake
In a large bowl, whisk the butter with the sugar.
Separately, mix the eggs with the milk and then add them to the large bowl.
Sift flour, yeast and cocoa and add them too,
Mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer everything into a mold lined with parchment paper and bake at 160 ° C for 1 hour.
When cooked, let it cool and turn the cake upside down.
When it is cold, cut it into 3 horizontal layers.
Prepare the filling by whipping the cream.
Then add the condensed milk and coconut flour, then mix gently.
Stuff the first layer.
Once the filling has been spread, add the second layer, stuff it and cover it again.
Apply light pressure and now fill the entire cake with the remaining cream.
Then put it back in the refrigerator.
When the cake is cold, prepare the red sugar paste with the food coloring and set aside some of its white base.
Then cover the cake with the red sugar paste and create thick strips with the white one to form the bow.
