Thermomix lentil cream recipe by of 23-12-2015 [Updated on 04-09-2018]
Good, nutritious and rich in iron, the lentil soup is even easier if prepared with the Thermomix. Once ready it can be used to accompany pasta or to be enjoyed as it is, perhaps adding crispy croutons that make it a complete dish. Probably the best time to serve it is winter, when the days are particularly cold and we can't wait to go home and eat something hot. What you see is my version of lentil soup to make with the Thermomix.
