Risotto with lettuce recipe of 30-01-2019
The recipe of lettuce risotto is my tip this morning for you. Lately I was looking for a different risotto, never tried in my life but at the same time made of simple ingredients, when I came across this preparation that I found on the de lacucinaitaliana website. The procedure immediately seemed very easy and within everyone's reach, so I thought I'd test the recipe in my kitchen. The final result was the one hoped for, after all I had already made the lettuce cream with great success and I couldn't not try this recipe too, so here is an unusual but tasty lettuce risotto.
How to make lettuce risotto
Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into strips.
Prepare the thyme.
Sauté the chopped onion in the oil.
Add the rice and toast it for two minutes, stirring.
Then put a ladle of hot broth at a time to cook the rice.
Wash the lettuce and blend it with a tablespoon of oil in a blender.
A couple of minutes from the end of cooking, add it to the saucepan with the rice, season with salt and pepper and mix to flavor.
Serve your lettuce risotto with mozzarella, dried tomatoes and thyme placed directly on each plate.
