The gnocchi with seafood they are an easy first course of fish to better enjoy fresh seafood. Easy to make and really tasty, I chose to make a sauce with clams, mussels and shrimps and add some tomato sauce to give a touch of color to the dish.If you want you can also opt to make a sauce with seafood in white and season your gnocchi by adding a handful of chopped fresh parsley. How to make Gnocchi with seafood
Wash the clams under running water, rubbing the shells well to clean them well, then put the molluscs in a large pan.
Cover with a lid and cook until the shells of the molluscs have opened, then peel the clams (saving some with the shell to decorate the dishes) and set them aside.

In a pan pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, brown the garlic clove, add the shrimps and let them flavor for a couple of minutes, then add the mussels with the clams with their cooking liquid. Also add the wine, and cook over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Add the tomato puree, mix and cook for 10/15 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Cook the gnocchi in a saucepan with salted boiling water and drain when they rise to the surface.
Then transfer the gnocchi to the pan with the seafood sauce and sauté them in a pan for a couple of minutes.
Serve the Gnocchi with seafood by adding some basil leaves on the plates.
