There mushroom omelette is a quick and easy recipe to prepare. Fragrant and full of taste, this omelette will solve your dinner if you are short of ideas and want something practical and tasty to bring to the table. All you will need to make this omelette are: eggs, mushrooms and parmesan and a skilled hand to turn the omelette.
You can choose to use both champignon mushrooms and chiodini in this recipe or, if you want something even more particular, you can opt for the very precious porcini mushrooms. I won't go any further because the recipe is very simple, so, good mushroom omelette to you!
How to make mushroom omelette
Clean the mushrooms, dry them, cut the earthy stems and then slice them.
Cook the mushrooms in a pan with a drizzle of oil, garlic and parsley. Cook for about ten minutes, then turn off the heat and set them aside.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with the tines of a fork.
Add the grated Parmesan, the chopped parsley, the previously cooked mushrooms, salt and pepper
Mix the ingredients with a fork.
Put a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan, pour the egg and mushroom mixture and cook for 8/10 minutes.
Turn the omelette with the help of a lid then finish cooking.
Serve the mushroom omelette hot.
