How to make the chocolate donut
Melt the butter with the chocolate.
Add the milk and mix.
Whip the egg yolks (keeping the egg whites aside) with the sugar.
Add butter and chocolate, previously melted, and mix.
Now add the flour, starch, yeast and turn over.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the egg whites to the mixture and mix.
Transfer everything to a greased and floured donut mold and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 35 minutes.
Once cooking is finished, help yourself with a plate to overturn the donut and decorate it as you prefer.
