How to make baked salmon
Chop the parsley and cut the garlic into slices and put them in a bowl with the salt
Then prepare an emulsion of oil and lemon juice and add it to the bowl. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle some of the emulsion on it.
Place the salmon slices on the baking tray and cover with the remaining emulsion.
