When I feel nostalgia for Thailand I open my ethnic recipe book and look for something that makes me feel ... This Friday the eye fell on the chicken nuggets cooked in coconut milk and curry, I wanted to surprise my husband because I haven't cooked any Thai recipes for a long time, but as soon as I started cooking he ran into the kitchen and said "You're cooking something Thai, I smelled the smell". Ruined surprise, but he liked the dish to die for. I accompanied the chicken with coconut milk and curry with rice.

How to make chicken with coconut milk and curry
Put the chicken chunks in a bowl and cover them with the coconut milk. Cook the chicken pieces for at least half an hour
In a wok, fry the chopped shallot in seed oil together with the ginger
As soon as the shallot starts to brown, drain the chicken pieces and put them in the wok
In coconut milk, dissolve a spoonful of curry and a spoonful of cornstarch, keep it aside.
As soon as the chicken chunks are ready, salt with the fish sauce and add the coconut milk to the curry. Cook over high heat for a few minutes.
As soon as the coconut milk has thickened, serve the chicken in coconut milk and curry with rice boiled in a little salted water.
