Who has never tried the fish cutlets should fix it right away! These are delicious, tasty and with a crunchy breading cutlets they can be prepared both with perch and with fried swordfish. It is also possible to prepare the cutlets in the oven, but we know that frying is still frying!
I have serious problems getting my little girl to eat fish, she smells the smell and is already starting to turn up her nose so, needless to say, my experiment on her did not have a hold, but the grown-ups of the house instead appreciated: P

How to make fish cutlets
Divide the fish fillet into 4 parts.
Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl and beat the eggs with the salt and a little milk in another.
Flour the fish on both sides and pass it first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
In a large pan heat the oil, then fry the fish making it brown.
Once lifted from the pan, transfer it to a plate with absorbent paper.
Your fish cutlets are ready to be brought to the table.
